NAK80 / P21 is a high performance and high precision advanced mirror plastic mold steel for home appliance.
Steel prehardened karma and high quality mirror plastic die is similar to Japanese Diado NAK80, HSSD NAK80 Steel pre-hardened 38-42 HRC hardness, good and processing performance and polishing performance , high dimensional accuracy and stability, hardening hardness can reach 40 HRC, with the same excellent performance and imported NAK80.

2) Electrical discharge machining performance excellent: dude to the machining surface smooth, can replace the etching process, and the hardness will not be increased during processing, so the processing efficiency is high 
3) Good welding processing properties.
4) Raw material hardness of 36-45 HRC, no need to heat treatment, can be directly manufacture die.

8. Manufacturing Process
EF → LF → VD → Argon gas protection casting ingot → Multidirectional forging → Normalizing → Annealing heat treatment → UT → Quenching → Tempering pre-hardening heat treatment → Product testing

Standard export packing or as customers' request.
