1.2344 H13 SKD61 Special Alloy Hot Work Mould Steel of Round Bar

H13 is hot work die steel, the implementation of standard GB / T1299-2000. ; Grade 4Cr5MoSiV1; alloy tool steel referred to as the joint steel, carbon steel is based on the addition of alloying elements and the formation of steel. Among them, including: measuring tool with cutting tools, impact resistance steel, cold work die steel, hot die steel, non-magnetic die steel, plastic mold steel.

2. Features
A. Electroslag remelting steel, the steel has a high hardenability and thermal cracking resistance,

3. Applications
For the manufacture of large impact load forging die, hot extrusion die, precision forging die; aluminum, copper and its alloy die-casting mold.
A. Die die, such as: mold kernel, inserts, thimble, sleeve.
B. Extrusion die, such as: mold, mold pad, bushing.
C. Aluminum and copper hot pressing molding die.Plastic mold.
D. Cold, trimming, hot shear, tightening ring and wear parts.
