Product Introducetion
D3 mold steel is one of a cold work mold steel with excellent wear resistance and stability heat treatment. Widely used for deep drawing die.
The resistance welding electrode: Chromium, zirconimu, copper though the method combine with heat treatment and cold working to ensure is performance.
So that it has the best mechanical property and good physical property. high carbon,high chrome ledeburite cold work mould steel,has good hardenability characteristic and good wear resistance.

Applications		1.2083 steel is a martensitic stainless steel with 12% Chromium which is sufficient to give good corrosive resistance properties. with good machincability and excellent corrosion resistance, polishability, and high strength and wear resistance after heat treatment. It has good ductility in the annealed condition but can be hardened up to 500HB (highest of the chromium grades).    Martensitic Grades are known for high hardness and allowances must be made for poor weldability and usually allowances for a final harden and temper treatment.
